On August 29, the Press Center for the events commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War organized its third reporting trip. Chinese and foreign journalists visited the Tianjin Port and the Tianjin Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park. During the trip, the journalists attained a deep understanding of the development of the smart zero-carbon terminal, international logistics, and the opening-up of customs, maritime and border inspection services. They also gained first-hand insights into the achievements of the Binhai New Area in promoting coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, as well as the creative outcome of the Tianjin Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park as a key platform bridging the cooperation between Beijing and Tianjin. Journalists from more than 20 media outlets of 6 countries and regions participated in the reporting trip.
